Our report is intended to inform enlighten and advise our client.
If you are buying or selling a property our report will be acceptable to your mortgage lender. In many properties we inspect, no remedial work is required or desirable. If specialist treatments are necessary we will supply a full specification for the works which can be tendered to a specialist contractor or builder for quotation purposes only. No further survey is necessary! |
